Event Space Booking FAQs

To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This fee is deducted from your total package balance once your date is confirmed.


Yes, a $100 cleaning fee.


 If your event is booked less than 30 days before the scheduled date, the full package amount is due at the time of booking. All payments received by the venue, including the 50% deposit, are non-refundable. By reserving your date, we commit resources to preparing your event according to the package you selected. These preparations are not only costly but also prevent us from booking another event on the same date.  For this reason, we kindly ask that you carefully validate your date before committing to ensure it works for you. 


No. 50% deposit fee is non-refundable. Reserving your date blocks availability for

other clients and therefore cannot be refunded if you cancel.


Yes. Packages can be upgraded with add-ons. However, downgrading a package after booking is not permitted. Customization requests should be discussed during booking.


Final payment is due 14 days before your event date. If payment is not received, your

booking may be canceled, and all deposits forfeited.


Yes, you may reschedule one time only, subject to availability. Rescheduling must be done at least 30 days before your event date. The reservation fee will transfer to your new date.


Cancellations must be emailed to contact@snreventspace.com

- The reservation fee is non-refundable.

- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date, all payments made are non-

refundable.

- If cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance, only the reservation fee is forfeited.


Yes, you may bring your own caterer.  You are also welcome to use our preferred vendor

list for convenience.


Yes, any décor must be installed and removed within your reserved rental time.


 Yes, the space may be rented as an empty venue (without tables and chairs) on weekdays at an hourly rate of $150, with a minimum rental of 4 hours. However, weekends are reserved exclusively for full events due to high demand during peak times.

Please note: Pricing remains the same, as tables and chairs are already included at no additional cost in our standard packages. However, if needed, we can accommodate your request by applying one of our event packages at the lowest advertised rate available at that time.

60 to 70 guests for comfort. The limit is set to ensure safety, comfort and compliance with building capacity guidelines. 


Yes, SNR Event Space is located in a shopping center with ample parking for you and your guests. Parking first-come- first serve, but there is plenty of space available.


Yes, the space includes a kitchenette for light food prep and storage. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and prep table. There is no stove or oven on-site. All cooking must be done off site and food brought in ready to serve.


Friday through Sunday (Silver, Gold and Platinum packages) includes up to 8 hours of rental time. 2 hours for set up, 4 hours event duration and 2 hours for cleanup and breakdown. If additional time is needed, it will be billed at $40 per every 15 mins past your contracted end time.


It also ensures the space is ready on time for the next event. Even a short delay can affect cleaning, setup, and the schedule for following clients. By keeping this policy in place, we protect your event time while respecting others who have booked after you.
